About Department

Computer Science and Engineering department in PVKK Institute of Technology was started during the year 2008 with the establishment of the institution.

The department continuous to be one of the best among institutions surrounding Ananthapuramu in terms of excellence in Teaching, Training and Research in Computer Science and Engineering.

Since its inception, the department has always been recognized in providing an outstanding research in environment in complemented by superior teaching for its students to flourish their knowlege in Graduation & Post Graduation courses

About Infrastructure

Department is adequate number of computers having high end configuration which fulfill the needs of the labs as per the curriculum. Well ventilated class rooms with Projector facilities will definitely create the good ambiance for the students to concentrate on the lectures. Department has central computing facility to enable the students to access internet and digital library. Also department provides Video lectures from the eminent persons along with the NPTEL materials.

Objectives of department

The department of CSE conducts the following events during every academic year.

  • Guest Lectures on various latest technologies
  • Paper presentations and Symposiums
  • Workshops

Along with the above events the department provides special classes and training on Career Orientations Viz.

  • Refreshment classes on C, CPP, Java, UML etc.,
  • Remedial Classes for weak students
  • Coaching on GATE Examination
  • Orientation on GRE and TOFEL

Department mainly focuses on the final year students to get selected in the Campus Drives. As well the department conducts classes for Softskills like

to prepare the students Industry ready.
