• To attain the status of learning centre of excellence, for young civil engineering graduates, focusing on their technical knowledge, employability skills, research orientation and contribute immensely to their professional and moral growth, benefitting the society and nation at large.

• To provide adequate and appropriate infrastructure to supplement the teaching-learning process to make it effective and conductive to research orientation among students.
• To enable the faculty, by adopting various pedagogic initiatives, undertake the process of knowledge transfer and training of students.
• To augment the technical skills of the students with moral values there by aiding their professional development, imbibing in them human values and ethics.
