The Department of Computer Science and Engineering introduced in 2008 under PVKKIT. Department focuses to offer best platform on teaching learning environment for technical education in the field of modern computer science and engineering technology.
The department has a Unified and dedicated team of faculty members having high qualifications like Ph.D’s, with ample knowledge in cutting-edge technologies in the areas of computer science engineering like Network security, image processing, software engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Networks etc.
The department provides not only Theoretical Knowledge but also provides facilities to students to earn practical knowledge through state of art infrastructure facilities, which include curriculum Labs and projects Labs. It also has an active Collaboration with various industries to provide Internship, conducting workshops and PDP’s. The department also provides training to the students and motivates them to get placements in well-known MNCs, where they can expose themselves while working on both Hardware and Software technologies.
Department. of CSE follows the curriculum prescribed by the affiliating University, JNTUA. It encourages students to organize technical and non-technical events through whcih students gain the knowledge about the societal, cultural and technical activities. Also, it can stimulate students to participate in inter college and intra college technical and cultural events that provides students to collaborate with the society by gaining hands-on experience that helps them in their career development.
The department has a comprehensive framework for students’ engagement through regular interactions, software company visits, regular feedback mechanism and associations with student’s professional chapters.
The Department. motivates students to publish their project papers, innovative ideas as papers in UGC journals on advanced and emerging technology. It empowers students to broaden their horizons, instils the right mindset, ethical values and talents by helping them to achieve their goals and strive continuously to become honest citizens in the future.
