He is currently working as Professor of Physics & HOD, Department of Humanities & Sciences, PVKK Institute of Technology (A), Anantapuramu. He received his Ph.D from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapuramu, Andhra Pradesh, India and his Masters as well as his M.Phil from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Anantapuramu. He has 17+ years of Teaching and 08 years of research experience. He published 11 international papers in reputed journals, one patent and also presented 24 academic as well as research-based papers in several National and International Conferences. In addition to this he is the author for two books

He is the former Dean, in University level and former Chairman, BOS, UG Electronics, Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Anantapuramu. He is the external question paper setter, subject expert and council member for different Autonomous and Unaided Institutions. He is the life time member in different Physical science and Engineering associations. His area of research work in Micro Electronics to explore the different conduction mechanisms in contact based devices.
