The Department is led by Dr. Dilip Venkata Kumar Vengala, who holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering along with an M.Tech and a B.Tech in the same field. With 19 years of experience in academia and administration, Dr. Dilip has also qualified for the UGC NET. His academic contributions have been ratified by JNTUA University, Anantapur. Additionally, he serves as the Dean of IT Services, overseeing IT operations within the Sri Balaji Educational Society.

In addition to his role as an academician, Dr. Dilip Venkata Kumar Vengala is also a freelance developer, designer, and manager for ASP.NET, C#, and SQL web projects. He has designed and coded numerous academic projects that have significantly automated daily manual academic activities. These projects include systems for student attendance, staff biometric attendance, feedback, inventory management, grievance handling, accounts management, library services, and online exams, among others.
